Fusion wont launch.

Payed version of Fusion. Seems to install just fine. Then as soon as I try to launch it nothing happens. I can see it just sitting in task manager but nothing else appears.

Windows 10.

Any ideas much appreciated.

Tried a clean install using instructions given by AutoDesk.

Try this, in your Task Manager view, like you show on the screen capture, right click on it and select "End Task" to make sure it is not running.  Then go to your Program list and find "Run as administrator" and see what you get.  By the way, after installation I will assume you Restarted your system to make sure the registry was updated.

Unfortunately the same result.

And yes restarting after install. However I find it weird that I dont get to choose my install location, and I dont get a prompt to restart, is this normal?

Since Fusion 360 is a cloud based installation and upgraded (and they do happen often) application, it must be installed in a "predictable" location on your system.  This is why you cannot dictate its location on your hard drive during installation.

I next guess is your video card drivers, have they been updated lately?  Fusion 360 is a DirectX application so you might want to be sure your DirectX is installed and up-to-date.  Go to your Run line and enter dxdiag which will open up your DirectX application.

I was a little puzzled by your Task Manager screen capture.  It showed Autodesk Fusion 360 as a process and not a running App as mine does. (sorry image will not insert, I added as an attachment)

Probably something else running. My Fusion 360 won't launch if Spotify App is running and it simply closes itself if you open Spotify while it is running. Very annoying, but just have to use web player instead when music+fusion mode.

Ive checked my DirectX and that all seems fine.
Yea that also seems weird to me. It seems that it never really gets to the stat that it has launched. Almost as if something is stopping it from launching. Almost like what Sam hocking is suggesting. But ive looked at everything running and ive closed everything that I could possibly close and still nothing.

The only thing that I can think of is that maybe.. It has something to do with the intergrated graphics. Im running a GTX 1070 TI but some other aplications are having issues picking it up so im looking into that an will update.

Autodesk Community Not the volume, but I get some very random totally unrelated apps that open sometimes. e.g. when Fusion first opens, if I click to soon it opens up Roli music synthesizer I also have installed. Really weird.
