Fusion won't load any of my projects.

Starting yesterday I went to draw something and I opened up Fusion and it wouldn't load any of my previous projects. I didn't catch the blue banner the first time so I restarted and same thing, and saw the banner from attached picture. I drew up what I needed to print and then it wouldn't let me save it, which wasn't a big deal so I figured I would give it until today. My computer was restarted so it was a fresh boot and I opened the program and same thing. I logged out and back in and same issue. I also when to the health website and it shows all services are good.  Anyone have any insight?

Thanks,

Justin

Have you tried to log into your Fusion 360 web database and verify your account and projects?

It's all there, won't populate while in the program.

Have you closed Fusion 360 and restarted you system?   I cannot read the top banner in your original post screen capture.  What does it say?

I got my magnifying glass out and read the message.  Did you find this Autodesk article on the issue?

I mentioned in my OP that I closed the program and reopened, restarted the computer, and logged out and back in.

It says "Requested web service is unavailable."

Thanks for the suggestion, I cleared cache data and deleted the file and no difference. Continues to not load my projects (though it appears to flash them in the list before they disappear) and continues to display a blue bar at the top of the list that says "Requested web service is currently unavailable" When Fusion first loads it showed the "recovered Documents" dialog which I could use to open some of my old projects so they're still connected somehow.

It appears that even though the program wasn't loaded and I did not activally connect, my VPN was running. I'm not sure if being connected to a VPN typically prevents Fusion from loading properly but in this case it did.
