this has happened for the last dozen or so updates. When i click update in Fusion the counter completes, the there is a second Fusion icon popping up in the Dock and the Fusion splash screen from that app is overlayed over the previous Fusion window, then the first application icon disapears from the doc and the Fusion splash screen remains .. and the application is not repsonding with the beachball of death cursor. If i force quit and relaunch Fusion it starts up correctly. So not a show stopper but definitely something wrong with the update procedure.
