Fusion online freezes or will not open

I have 2 sections of PLTW IED classes in upstate NY. 50 total students. Fusion online is constantly crashing. We are using desktop machines in class and the students use Chromebooks outside of class time. Fusion online crashes on both. Sometimes just super slow. Other times it won't even open. Our school district will not allow students to update desktop (download) version so we are stuck with Fusion online only. I have them restart their machines and clear cookies and cache before they start working. They also make sure that chrome is up to date. They open a new browser window and have as few tabs open as possible. I can't imagine that we are the only district with this issue. Autodesk support has not been helpful. "I will elevate your issue" is a common response but the issues persist. Any thoughts or fixes would be appreciated.
