Fusion locks up every time I try to save my file

I was working on a file last week and everything was fine. Saturday I started working on it and later in the day everything started to take for ever to get done. For example I would click on a surface to highlight it for extruding and it would take a full minute or more just to select it. At one point I was trying to move something and it would take like 20 minutes to move it a tiny bit because it was off in la la land most of the time. I shut down restarted multiple times and finally gave up and got it to a point I saved what I had done so far.

Sunday I open the file and almost nothing I did Saturday was there. Not sure exactly what was and wasn't there now but the main thing I added Saturday was nowhere to be found and another piece from before, is there but can't be seen anywhere or un-shown and the properties on it are really limited...so that is gone.

I'm trying to get to a point where I can work on the file again but I just can't save it. I may be able to do a couple things before it will hang, so I do a couple things and try to save it and nope...hung forever. I waited 3 hours at one point last night. Just a bit ago I opened it and was going to remove any linked items. So I un-linked one and then.....oops it's thinking.....calculating.....100%......updating graphics and that is where it sits, It's been 55 minutes sitting on Updating Graphics so far....

Can someone take a look at the file for me and help me get it to a point I can at least save out the individual parts or something or tell me what/how I screwed it up? Not sure how to share a file??

Thanks in advance

You can attach your file to one of your posts.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.
