Fusion keeps putting up this warning message today

Just started Fusion, and started seeing this warning message popping up in the upper left corner:

Image34.jpg

I blurred out the name I'm logged in as below it. The 'CB-RNJ' warning has popped up at least half a dozen times in the last two minutes, stays there several seconds, then goes away. WHAT is it? Who/what is 'CB-RNJ'? Not my initials. Never seen this before. Whats it mean?

Playing around with it, looks like I can make it happen by navigating around the projects, or by clicking on the circular arrow icon to the left of the search magnifier and 'X' icons.

Hi @crueby1 - I'm seeing this too and I'm trying to track it down. Can you share your diagnostic log files ?

The problem URL seems to be about Fusion Team notifications, so it shouldn't be impacting accessing data in any way, but it certainly is annoying.

Cheers,

Karina

I was seeing it all weekend on my personal account. At the top of the data panel, whenever opening it or changing between projects. Some Googling indicates that RNJ means "response not JSON" but I got no further.

It looks like Fusion sends an HTTP request for http://[myhub].autodesk360.com/g/ and it gets a 301 response from a CloudFront server with a redirect to the HTTPS version of the same thing. But no further request is made and the error message appears. So my guess would be that this used to work over HTTP, and recently Autodesk or CloudFront made it HTTPS-only, and Fusion does not gracefully follow the redirect but just issues an error because the 301 response was not the JSON it was expecting.

@matthewZYM62

Thanks for weighing in - can  you share diagnostic log files as well?

The diagnostic logs command produces a 5MB ZIP archive that expands to over 100MB of files that date back months and clearly include information I would not want to share in a public forum. But in /FusionDiagnosticLogs/Autodesk Fusion 360/3AMYJXZSHAZJ/logs there is what looks like the most recent actual log file from the session I just opened, and the error is clearly visible in the last few dozen lines, starting at timestamp 20260511T125041. Please find attached. As you indicated, it looks like the problem is with a URL associated with team alerts, and the other issue I saw was perhaps unrelated.

This issue should be resolved now - can you let us know if you are still seeing the error?

Thanks for reporting it!

Hi Karina,

I took a navigate around the data panel, up down the folders, refreshing, and do not see the message at all anymore. Looks like you got it fixed, thanks! I am marking this one solved.
