Very simple part - flange a rectangle, flange one of its edges at an angle, then flange two of the side edges.

Fusion fails to create a flat pattern for this shape.

Warning: FlatPattern1
Compute Failed
Can't successfully process relief geometry. Check the body and parameters, then try again.SM_UNFOLDER_REPLACEMENT_WARNING.

How do I work around this? It looks like a bug in Fusion 360 to me.

Side note: Fusion's errors seem quite useless without a geometry object attached to them.

Your 10 deg kink fold does not have enough room for your choice of relief.

Overide it in edgeflange 3 to 'no replacement' and you should have no problems

In the repro file I attached to this question, the solution doesn't fix the flat pattern, but it changes the error to some unspecified "internal" error.

In my actual design it did fix the issue
