Fusion crash on startup with crashreporter

Hi,

since approx. one/two month my fusion crashes on startup before reaching the "working space" (one to five/six times "in a row") together with the crash reporter (which gives me some hope). Then i filled out the comment field what i have done (which is just starting up and waiting to get into the "working space"). It is happening on multible PCs/Laptops. It is a bit annoying because this happens in the last time, all the time.

As already said, sent "a lot" crash reports.....is there seomething you can see and analize in the logs?

Thanks a lot

Torsten

@xpuipc Can you please give us a report ID of one of the crashes or can you send me your email used to register for Fusion? I can pull up your crashes that you sent from that and look into what could be happening.

Could be a corrupted installation/update, happened to our computers as well several times. Reinstalling should resolve the problem. Let me know if you have any other questions!

@xpuipc Thanks for the email ID. The reports did not give much but it does look like graphics is involved.

1. Do you have  dual graphics cards?
2. Are you using an Vmware to access Fusion?
3. Any pending Windows update and any pending graphics driver update?
