Fusion 360 won't open after Windows 10 update

Hi guys,

I can only assume the question has been asked a 1000 times, but after my Windows 10 updated, Fusion 360 won't open. When I click the icon to open the wheel spins for a few seconds and then nothing happens.

I have uninstalled using the Fusion cleaner and reinstalled again and still nothing. I am using "Kaspersky Internet Security". I have turned it off to see if it is blocking Fusion but without any success.

Is there perhaps someone who has been through the same problem but managed to fix it?

@Riaan14 Can you please try the following? 

1. Go to add/remove program and select Autodesk Fusion 360

2. Select modify 

3. This will launch the Fusion service utility

4. Run "Reset Fusion 360"

now launch Fusion. If it is not successful

5. Run Repair Fusion 360

if this is till not successful

6. Run the "Gather system info" and please attach the zip files that it generates.
