Fusion 360 unable to open file

Hi,
I have an issue with opening 3D model, auto-generated from one specific Eagle project.
Where can I send log-files to solve this issue?

There is the latest version of Fusion installed.

Hi,

I have the same problem. I am using the latest version of Eagle and Fusion 360. According to the log file from Fusion 360, there is a difference in software versions:

 

Persisted Segment streamer version: 4
Current Segment streamer version: 3
Persisted Software version: 2.0.5634
Current Software version: 2.0.5519

...

Live update: No update is detected from Fusion side.

Live update: There is no pending update.

 

I tried to update Fusion 360, but there is still not a new version (2.0.5634) available.

@odinrizhanin, @Anonymous could you confirm to me which version of EAGLE you are using?

thanks for the replies. We managed to reproduce the behaviour on our side. I would like to ask you to follow the steps below (if they resolve the issue, any additional dataset should not be necessary for the investigation):

  1. Redo the BRD file push
  2. Push the board file once again from EAGLE to Fusion 360
  3. Re-test opening the file.
