Fusion 360 UI reaction is VERY SLOW

I posted this problem in other post and it unsolved.I need to know whether this is caused by my hardware.

I shot the slow performance with my phone and uploaded it on my youtube.Please check it.

Software:

I am using latest version of Fusion 360 and opened it with low resolution.My OS is MacBook Sierra.

My hardware:

15’ MacBook Pro late 2016 with quad i7 CPU and Radeon 455 GPU with 2G memory.

the resolution of external display is 1080 and my MacBook's display resolution is default(around 1680*1050).

This looks like its just a graphical issue, (visual not functional) can you check the diagnostic information for your PC from the preferences area to see if your set in performance mode or quality.
