Fusion 360 offline and unexpected outage

I have tried to unstall and restall Fusion 360 and also changed my internet connection.

All things do not work. Once I clicked ok or turnoff button. the program turned off.

There seems to some issue with your network, also can you please try Clean Uninstall  ?
