Fusion 360 Logo stays on screen after startup

I have tried to resolve this issue with no results. I have messed with it for hours. I have Windows 7, 8 gb memory, AMD HD3200 with new drivers. no Duet, one video card... Am I SOL?

If I minimize the screen then maximize it the logo goes away but some of the features do not work such as I can't select a plane and if I put text on I have to minimize and the maximize to see it.

Thank you for your response! Have you tried switching the graphics driver setting to "DirectX 9" in the Preferences?

If that doesn't help, could you provide the following information?

1. Diagnostic log files (a zip file)

2. Screenshot of the graphics

3. Screencast of the issue
