Fusion 360 Hobbyist/personal use license not working

I use Fusion now and then more as a learning tool to teach myself and to make things around my house when they break.

however I havent used it in some time. now im getting told my subscription expired and to renew now.

I have followed all the steps from multiple source on how to update/renew as a hobby user. however even after 24 hours, resarting the computer, and uninstalling and reinstalling, I am unable to use the program.

At this point it looks like i need to make a new account just to keep using this program, but i dont want to lose access to my previous works.

any help would be appreciated.

I've been encountering this as well for the past several days.

Hell, if it were $10 to $20 per month, I'd pay for the product, but I used it in spurts for my hobbies.

I've followed all the instructions from Autodesk. I've logged out from the program, gone through the renewal process, signed back in, etc. I've uninstalled F360 and reinstalled it.  I've updated my email, my phone #, checked the autodesk "desktop application" updater, etc.

The only thing on that page I haven't done is let the license expire (16 days to go). Nothing in the official Autodesk flow has even remotely suggested that.

Hi,

Keep your feet still until you are shown "License expired - Read only".

A new installation is not required either.

Hi all.

I found a solution in another thread.

A member of the Autodesk staff replied to another user asking them to email that person directly so he can manually apply a license to the account.

while this post was originally a month ago, by also sending that person an email, they were able to give me a personal use license. by signing in this morning it all worked again and i have access to my projects again.

My suggestion if you have the same issue as me were the trials ect are "expired" and renewalls are not working, to take a similar measure and email through to the staff who can help.

Dylan.
