Fusion 360 constantly locking up

Getting super frustrated with F 360. I'm designing terrain buildings as a product as a gaming accessory. As soon as my designs get somewhat "large" Fusion just will constantly stop for 3-5m "thinking". There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to what causes it. It can be as simple as clicking on a constraint button or as complicated as doing a mirror or pattern. It can also be doing a cmd+z to undo a constraint or feature. Other times all those functions work fine. I've seen people with much more complicated parts with much longer timelines than mine and have zero problems. I have read some other posts about deleting some folders and changing some settings, but none of it is working.

I'm running a Macbook Pro 2.7Ghz i7 with 16GB 2133 DDR3. I'm not sure if this issue is my computer or something else. Currently I have two files that are having this problem and another one that isn't; all are in the realm of creating miniature buildings. Any help is much appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous,

I'm sorry to hear you're seeing these performance issues! Can you please share one of the designs that's locking/lagging so I can try a few tests? (This article has instructions on how to download your design as an archive file which you can then attach to your post, as well as how to make a share link so I can download the design on my end)

Hello!

Have you had a chance to take a look at the model and understand why it keeps locking up my computer?

Thanks!
