Formula Car Upright Simulation.f3d file for tutorial

Hei,

I'm starting to teach myself fusion 360 and right now I'm stuck a little because I can't find a file used in the the tutorial. I'm in Getting Started for Absolute Beginners > Fusion 360 for Engineers /Part 3. there is no file provided. Can I find it somewhere else?

This is the page I'm referring to: http://f360ap.autodesk.com/courses/fusion-360-for-engineers-part-3

Thanks for help 🙂

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for posting! The upright part is included in the assembly file at this link - it is within the entire assembly file for the car. It seems like a few lessons deal with creating the upright, which may be why it is not included in the later lesson. I've reached out to the team about potentially clarifying this.

I've also attached a copy of the upright to this forum post for you to use as you move forward through the lessons. I hope this helps!

Hei @paul.clauss,

thank you for your answer. The file I'm referring to is mentioned later in that tutorial, in the beginning of part three of that course (see this link, lesson 30).

I know it's just a minor issue, but without it the rest of the course doesn't do much sense.

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for posting! I would imagine the other files are included in the Formula Car Assembly file from Lesson 11 - I've attached that file to this post in hopes the file you are looking for is contained within it (or the entire assembly may be the file you are referring to, as its mentioned in the lesson you linked). If it is not, please provide a screenshot of the file you are having difficulties location and we'll go from there.
