Flange tool not working

Hello.  I'm new to Fusion 360, and am just starting out.  Trying to create a sheet metal design, but when I select the flange option, and run the cursor over the model it does not light up the edges to flange.  I've watched numerous videos on creating sheet metal parts in Fusion 360 and none of them deal with this problem.

I will take a guess at what your issue solution is.  You have created a Solid body instead of a Sheet Metal body as your base model.  Take a look at the Screencast to understand.
