Fusion 360 for Mac v2.0.5103. Have a simple triangular part that is finished except for the fillets in the three corners. The part is too big for my CNC mill so it has to be mounted with the unequal (and longest) side of the isosceles triangle closest to the operator and origin at the far apex. Due to this orientation the machining axes had to be rotated 45 degrees from the model axes. The stock is set based on the triangular body that sill has the sharp corners. The operation is to do a 2D adaptive clearing at the perimeter. Only the resulting tool pattern is trying to machine away material outside the stock (as if the stock is rectangular in the x and y directions). The simulation correctly shows where the actual stock is located yet F360 is off in the rectangular space trying to remove material that does not exist. When I switch to 2D contour it knows where the stock is located and processes the operation correctly. What am I doing wrong
