Failure at reinstalling Fusion

I have used Fusion360 for quite a while now. Due to softwareproblems I had to reinstall my laptop. So I downloaded Fusion from the Autodesk site and tried to install it. It failed. Therefore I repeatedly tried to do the same and run inbetween a cleaner programme of Autodesk. I tried different downloads of Fusion, even one I downloaded in februari, that worked in februari.

Whenever I start the installation programme, it starts to install

After it reaches 100% this window disappears and after 2 seconds I get this:

Only ‘support article’ works. OK and X (right, up) do nothing. I have to use ctr alt del to end it. The site ‘support article’ gives no solutions to my problem.

Please can anyone direct me to the solution to reinstall Fusion?

hi,

try this:

1. create a new user* (WIN/MAC) and install Fusion

2. start Fusion with your "old" account

It seems this helped. Windows started an update after creating a new account. After this update, Fusion worked. Thanks.
