Failed to launch or install

Hi, my Fusion failed to launch, repair, or reinstall after an update. I got this message every time I attempted to try launching or installing it. I have also tried all methods suggested by Fusion trouble shooting. Attached herein is the log file. Could someone diagnose the problem please?

@dongnnp @Looking at the logs seems some permissions issue going on. Have you first started with a machine restart to see if that helps?

@dongnnp @Error 13 permissions I what the log shows.

@dongnnp OK. Lets do the below, this should address the issue.

1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ Autodesk\DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy,Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder) 
3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion
4. Restart your machine
5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
6. Now install again
