For the last week or two when i try to open and use Fusion, it hangs, crashes, and always says offline.  I've tried some of the suggestions like deleting the temp file, reinstalling, deleting other files as mentioned on the troubleshooting pages.  Any suggestions?  I have attached the log files if anyone has time to take a look.

Hi @jeevesme,

Thanks for posting!

I'm sorry to hear about these issues! I just did a quick search through our crash report database, but I wasn't seeing any submitted from the email address associated with this forum account. Are you submitting them under a different email address? When you say that Fusion is crashing, is it producing a Crash Error Report as shown below, or is it hanging and not responding, causing you to force quit it?

Regardless, I am seeing quite a few networking errors in the log files you shared. Luckily, the article linked here should be able to help you get those cleared out of there. Could you work through the article to see if that causes the frequent crashes/hangs to stop?

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns - I am always happy to lend a hand!

Cheers,

I tried everything in the link you provided except the "Add proxy server information to Fusion 360 Preferences" because mine doesn't use a proxy server and those spaces were blank.

It doesn't give a crash report, it just locks up and stops working so i have to force close it.

I made my connection from Public to private and now it's working.  Not sure why that did it but it works now!
