Export 3mf error

Hi, one practice I commonly use is exporting multiple objects as 3MF. The reason for this is to have flush faces embedded into the main body of a project for later modification of those individual faces, also to make multiple versions of the same general project easier to put out. This morning for some reason I've run into a problem where my slicer cannot recognize a specific body I've exported. The only way I was able to "fix" it was going back into that project and combining all objects to make a single body, and using the "3d print" function rather than export. Is there a specific thing I am missing that is causing this? Again, I've done this for ages and never ran into import issues as far as I can remember. It should also be noted that I can export as STEP, OBJ, and STL and it works. It's only 3MF that's giving me this error.
