error erno13

when I download fusion 360 I launch it then at 99% it stop and I have the erno13 error message they told me to show you that so hope you can fix it.

The log file is showing error
"PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/Users/hugotessier/Applications/Autodesk Fusion 360.app'"

It may be due to full read/write privileges.
