Hello,

i used Fusion 360 for some weeks and some days ago i switched the program to offline mode and worked one afternoon on it.
The next time i booted up my pc i changed network and now i am not able anymore to sign in in Fusion 360.
There is always a error message and a link to a support page where it states i should reboot my router, pc and synch my windows time.

I tried this but nothing works.
Is there any other hint for me to try?
I dont want to uninstall and reinstall because i would loose my recent offline work....

Thanks for help in advance

Hello @hanssepp2DLCH ,

Sorry for the trouble you are facing, I guess you should be able to export the offline work, then uninstall and reintall.

Later you can just make import back the files to fusion.

Let me know if this helps. if you dont want this then follow below steps.

For the error, can you please attach the log files here ? Go to help->support and diagnostics--> diagnostics log files--> show in folder--> attach the files here.

I will have a look and get back to you.

If i would go with your first proposal i would need to know the path of the offline files to be able to copy them.

Regarding your second proposal:
I dont know how to access "help->support and diagnostics--> diagnostics log files--> show in folder-->" if i am not able to start the program...
I am only able to see the login page where i am asked for email and password. Then the error appears.
One thing i noticed i can login to the autodesk.com webpage with my credentials but not to autodesk.de website.

I am at the moment in Swiss.

If you can say to me the path of the log files a can post them here.

Thanks for help!
