Email Verification Problem

I tried to download trial for Fusion360, I received the verification email, when clicking the verification email button I was redirected to the Autodesk website and followed the verification process and received a verification failed screen.
Upon tempting this process again the screen now tells me that the verification email has expired.
There doesn't appear to be a facility to resend a verification email and therefore I am stuck and unable to access my Fusion360 free trial.
I have referenced the on line forum and can see that some other users have experienced similar issues and a Autodesk product specialist has been able to either manually verify the users email or resolve the issue by other means.
I am keen to start Fusion360 during the free trial to determine whether it suits my needs.
please can someone assist me to resolve this problem.
