Email Verification Problem

I tried to download trial for Fusion360, I received the verification email, when clicking the verification email button I was redirected to the Autodesk website and followed the verification process and received a verification failed screen.

Upon tempting this process again the screen now tells me that the verification email has expired.

There doesn't appear to be a facility to resend a verification email and therefore I am stuck and unable to access my Fusion360 free trial.

I have referenced the on line forum and can see that some other users have experienced similar issues and a Autodesk product specialist has been able to either manually verify the users email or resolve the issue by other means.

I am keen to start Fusion360 during the free trial to determine whether it suits my needs.

please can someone assist me to resolve this problem.

Thanks for reporting this. I'm trying to investigate this as fast as I can as others have reported this as well. Just to check if you visit A360 do you get a notification about Email Verification?

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

Can you try this as a workaround:

 

  1. Visit Fusion Team
  2. On the top, select Resend Email Verification
    • image (8).png
  3. The email verification is now sent to you via email. Open the email and select Sign Up in Fusion App.

Now you should be able to bypass this message in Fusion 360.

Yes thanks that seems to solved the problem apart from the fact that it now says I have only 21 days left of my free trial. Can this be reset?

Yes, it was helped me. after sign-up to A360, I can sin-in with Fusion 360. Thank you!
