Duplicate conflicting joints when updating a reference design

I have an issue with a derived design where if I update it to the latest version, the joints from the previous version are not removed, all joints end up getting duplicated. If a joint position was updated in the new version, this causes a conflict with the old joints when I update the component.

I am not sure if this is an issue caused by me somehow, an issue specific to my fusion installation, or a bug that can be reproduced.

It seems like the video attachment didn't get processed for whatever reason.

For some reason the forum won't process the video file, so I had to upload elsewhere.

The video you posted is showing twice, it takes a few minutes to generate.  I tried to replicate your issue but could not.  Take a look at my video and see if I did something different than you.

I've noticed that it took until I edited a joint position (specifically Rigid 25) until the issue started appearing. It also does not happen again in a new design, as you tried. I guess for now my options are to delete the existing one and re-derive it, and manually fix whatever it breaks in the process.
