When you export a drawing to PDF, the lines either get very fat and things are hard to see or if you turn off the "line weight" option (whatever that means) the lines get very thin and curves get grey. There seems to be something that could be improved quite a bit. The results are not really suitable for any.
The examples below show flat pattern 1) original in fusion, 2) saved PDF with line weight, 3) PDF without line weight:
and these examples show 3D drawings in same order (a bit better):

We are sorry to hear that's happening...!
Looking into the examples shared by you, it clearly shows a wretched drawing due to thick lines in PDF output.
This issue is very much distinguishing for small scaled view particularly.
However we are still working on Improving PDF output quality through an Internal EPIC, the reference ID is FDWG-9793
You will definitely see the improvements soon.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I've just started seeing this issue with recent exports. Inconsistent line weights all over the place. I'm using fusion 2.0.5044

Based on your comment, this looks like a regression issue which was not there in the older version.
If you confirm this as a regression issue, we can address it on top priority.
Please share the relevant drawing file or more info, that will help us to log a bug for this issue...
