@ClintBrown3D could you please help me
I just recently posted a reply to a rather old and vacant thread, so I am deciding to post it again as a new one.
The issue I am having is that the buttons of the UI don't perform any actions after opening a drawing. The only button I can press is the X to close out of Fusion. I am aware that the issue has to due with my graphics card and driver, as it is old (AMD Radeon 5570), but, according to my knowledge and research, I can't update the driver any further. I also had an issue where I couldn't see the page or the items on it, but I was able to resolve that. I explain more in detail below:
Previous Thread Reply (in detail):
Hey there. I am having the same issue, though I also can't the page of the drawing or anything on it. I have the same big plus button and when I highlight an area of the screen, I can see wear the page is supposed to be and the things on it, but I can't do anything else. The whole UI doesn't respond to any button presses, though it looks like it does, no actions are performed. The only thing I can do is force close fusion. Everything else in the app seems to work. I have already tried to update my graphics driver, and it is as up to date as it's going to get. It is an older AMD Radeon 5570. I have found that I can go into the environment variables in windows and add GS_DEVICE and add certain values as demonstrated here:https://clintbrown.co.uk/updating-graphics-setting-for-fusion-360-customers-experiencing-fuzzy-or-mi...
This fixed the missing page issue and I can now see the drawing page and the items on it, though the UI interface still doesn't work. I know this is due to my graphics driver being old, but is there a workaround for this? Your help would be greatly appreciated as I am a struggling student and this is preventing me from submitting work. Thanks.
