Hello!
This is my first time posting here. I have been using Fusion for several years but have never really used the drawing side of it.
The company I work for uses Sketchup Layout for drawings and the constant importing/exporting of files is something that bothers me and slows down my workflow.
I was wondering if Fusion has the ability to create auto-text similar to that of Sketchup Layout. I know it has "custom attributes" but I am unsure how best to utilize those.
In addition, I was wondering if its possible to have multiple custom attributes on a single text line, for example, having a text box with "<Product> - <Project> - <Version>" all together?
Below I have an example of a template my company uses for SKP Layout. It has a lot of autotext that allows for a great template that can be used for any product drawing. So you just replace the text in the document setup and it auto populates throughout the drawing set.
I am trying to get my company to utilize the Fusion Drawing environment, but they are hesitant because they are used to the high fidelity drawings of Sketchup.
Any suggestions and help would be much appreciated!
Thank you!
