Design outline view Settings

Hello,

I have changed my file design view to only show the outline of the bodies (see attached). I don't know how I did it, what this view is called and how to change it back to seeing the full body. If anyone can help that help it would be great appreciated.

It is called Wireframe.  You probably want the one marked with the red arrow.

Thank you John for the quick reply. That's what I was looking for. Looks like I hit Ctrl+7 instead of Ctrl+y when I was redoing an action.
