Decal moves after extrude on unrelated face

Please see below screencast. The decal is initially nice and centered. After I cut a square hole in one of the sides of the component, the decal moves.

I've shared this project here: http://a360.co/2kTq419

And here is the screencast which, due to a bug in the forum, gets deleted from posts after the post is edited:

Hi @Scoox

Thanks for posting - my apologies for the delay in response! I had a look at this today and was unable to recreate the behavior with the decal moving in the file you attached earlier on - it does appear to be a different version than the file shown in your screencast. Would you mind sharing the file you recorded the screencast with me? I was also unable to recreate this issue in a new file.

We do have an internal ticket describing this behavior (FUS-12658) and your file may help us learn more about why this problem occurs. We appreciate your input!

Sorry too for taking this long to reply. I'm glad this issue was noticed elsewhere.

Regarding the file version I shared, I'm not sure what happened there. I've just tried to reproduce the issue using the same project and I was unable to. If this is an intermittent issue it maybe hard to track down. Anyway, I'll be sure to post back if I bump into this problem again.
