hey Guys ,

I am long time user of Fusion 360 and for the past few weeks I wasn't able to spend some time with Fusion 360 cause I was held up with some other work .

Seeing the new sheetmetal features video in Fusion 360 today. I opened Fusion 360 and now the data panel is blank . I have rebooted my system and still the data blank shows a blank screen . Kindly please provide me a solution .

Hello, Aadithya01

I sometimes got this problem but it is only at the opening of the program and then after it works well. When the problem occurs it is not permanent. But I made some research and I found that it could be a problem with your graphic cards.  I found this resource that could really help you check it to see:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/The...

I hope this helps to solve your problem. It is true that without data panel you can't really work in fusion 360. I hope the website will help you solve the problem.

Best wishes,

Franck

Hey @Anonymous

Hey I have no idea man .. Raise a support case with Autodesk ... They might be able to take your system remotely and may try to solve the problem .. Also were there any graphics card driver issue that you met recently ... Cause during the time when I had that problem I had a severe graphics driver issue ... Did you face anything like that ...

No I had no problem with the drivers. I use Dell laptop computer. I don’t know why but it has two graphics cards: AMD Radeon (TM) R9 M375X and Intel HD Graphics 530. I mean I know why. Intel is built in so they added the AMD. With AMD card I have no option to switch between them but when I disable Intel driver I can see the Data Panel. This is very frustrating because I just switch from Solidworks and CamWorks. I had to convince my management to do that for a while and now Fusin 360 don’t work. This is so sad. Thanks any way quick respond. I’ll try to contact Autodesk for help.
