Data Panel is Empty

Hello,

My data panel goes blank sometimes and is missing files. I'll open fusion, go to a folder that I know has files in it, but the data panel shows nothing. Then when I navigate back to a parent folder, everything is blank and I can't access any files.

I've been using Fusion 360 for many years. I own a business and have 4 other active users in my Team. We have hundreds of folders and thousands of files and this only started happening in the last few weeks.

I've tried everything to try to fix this including:

• Logged out and back in

• Deleting and re-installing Fusion 360

• Clearing the Cache

• Updating my operating software

I'm running macOS Monterey 12.1 on an OP 2019 Mac Pro.

Any help or insight will be much appreciated!

I found a fix but I believe this is still an issue for other users. Seems to be linked to macOS Monterey.

Checking the "View Offline Cache" box seems to always show the folder contents that would normally be blank... although they are greyed out, I can still open them.Screen Shot 2021-12-20 at 11.18.06 PM.png
