Data Lost

Hi,

It has been more than a month since I last use f360 and I tried to log in again when asked. I did and waited close for an hour, even on the data panel it says trouble with the connection to the server. I tried to close and open f360 several times, even force closing due to unresponsive also didn't work.

I just checked my project list through my firefox web browser (not through f360's data panel), I've found out that everything is empty, including my past projects and models.

I need some serious help here regarding this issues

Hi @sarf2k4,

I am sorry to hear that! Can you please expand a bit more on what you are seeing and provide some screenshots of what you are seeing both in Fusion and in A360. I would be very curious to see. Also, can you take a screenshot of what error messages appear in the data panel.

Can you also go to the help menu within Fusion and collect your diagnostic log files and post them here?

One quick thought, if you toggle into offline mode, do you see your data that you were working on? I would be curious if there were network issues and the files were never fully uploaded to the cloud.

Thanks,

Hi,

I don't have any options to go into online or offline mode. I attached a screenshot and log files too

Solved by contacting support. Data still there, just unable to get into offline mode. I had to do clean uninstall found in autodesk knowledge base from the email support and that also had some quirks. Managed to get it to online mode again
