Good ay. I am creating a rear bumper for a vehicle and has designs the bumper in 3mm Sheet Metal. The whole bumper works great but if I try and do a flat pattern of the step in the bumper, fusion gives me an error. Please can someone assist in this matter as there is no error code to search for. I have attached the Fusion file. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

@djstassen84

Can you Attach the *.f3d file of just this component?

Something looks fishy in these corners.

Never mind. Yikes!

Are you ready to start over from scratch (on just this component)?

I think this is what is causing the issues. (See attached the images) The problem is that I used the draft function to adjust the sides to 20 degree angle. Or should I have used another function? Please see attached the screen shots.

I will gladly start from scratch if that is what I need to do. I am training myself in Fusion so I am learning every day. Your assistance are greatly appreciated.
