Copy-Paste in 2D dwg sometimes causes unlimited loading/wheel spinning.

For example, I copy and pasted a leading text symbol. Fusion was unresponsive for 20 min until I force quit and restarted.

Just happened again. I thought I was copy and pasting some text boxes. It had worked fine before, but maybe I ended up getting something else in my copy pallet and when I pasted it, I was just locked out. Probably going to have to force quit again. 

It would be nice to have fusion return saying, cant paste or just not paste anything. Not lock you out until who knows how long.
