Copy 3D Spline?

So I have created a 3d spline with move/copy, but when i select the whole spline and try to create a copy, the create copy option is greyed out. How can i copy it?

To copy sketch elements needs to enable sketch mode > rightclick >edit sketch

or:

Please upload the file.

File > export > save as f3d locally  > attach it to the next post.
