Convert DGN Microstation Bentley file to Fusion 360

Hi,

I am having difficulty converting DGN Microstation Bentley file to Fusion 360.

Unfortunately, I don't have the  Microstation Bentley. Is there a way to open the DGN file in Fusion 360.

It is not on the list of supported file formats.

Which one do you recommend to use when converting to Fusion 360.

We tried DGW but it did not work with Fusion 360.

Don't you mean DWG?  Fusion 360 will import DWG format but only if you are using Fusion 360 on a Student or Subscription license, Personal license cannot open DWG.  Take a look at this website for available formats for all license types (Scroll way down).  I would recommend using the STEP format.  I believe Fusion 360 will open either but STEP 214 is the newer format.  As you can see STEP is an supported format for all Fusion 360 license types.
