continuous lag and malfunctions

The program lags and keeps crashing, and I don't understand why. It worked fine until a month ago, but then, after a new update, it started having problems and crashing even during the simplest operations.
PS: I have the hobbyist version.

I was not able to see any any issues on my machine.

A screencast/video of what you are doing will help me to understand the problem.
