constraint popup for sketch not visible on screen

If I want to add a constraint to my sketch the popup no longer shows up on screen. I had that issue in the past and solved it by disconnecting all but 1 screen and then restarting my pc and fusion360. This time I can not get them back though. I have found over 5 year old posts about the same problem. If I would really need this software for work and not only as a hobby that would be really annoying!

The trick with Alt+Spacebar does not work on those because they are not real "Windows". How can I get those pupups back?

I'm not sure what the "constraint popup" is, but if you are looking at old videos, you might be referring to the fact that the constraint tools used to be on the sketch palette:

Those tools are now in the sketch tab on the toolbar:

and will appear only when you are editing  a sketch.

For example If I click on the Symmetry tool there should be a small popup window allowing me to chose between the actual parts I want to be symmetric and the middle line. That does not appear.

Puzzled by what you're saying. Fusion has not ever had popups for adding constraints in a sketch. 

This is how it works for me, are you seeing something different? Can you make a screencast?

Except in the Sketch Mirror Command, that results in constraint icons appearing.

It has been a while since I used it the last time. I thought there was a popup showing up to select which is the mirror axis.

Still having a problem with other popups disappearing off screen. Most of the time disconnecting my 2nd and 3rd screen works but thats kind of annoying plus Windows thinks it needs to rearrange my desktop icons everytime I do that. Is there a fix for that problem?

@jeff_strater  Is multiple monitors supported now? And if it is, is there anyway to reset the layout if thing go wrong? Seem to remember Reset to Default Layout doesn't reset the position of dialogs.

I don't think anything has changed recently around monitor support.  If I remember correctly, Reset To Default Layout should bring all dialogs back on the main monitor, except possibly the Parameters dialog, though I thought that bug was fixed as well.
