Component Opacity after Component Activation

Hi there,

I am trying to work out if this was a feature that has changed within the program or there is a setting I am missing. I have been watching tutorials with Fusion. This may be an old version, however, I liked the idea of 'non-activated' components moving to a ghost outline and the ability to set opacity on the activated component that gives the ability to pear inside the model for positioning, cutouts etc. See screenshot from tutorial with an opacity setting on the component.

However, I have not been able to replicate this view in the current version of Fusion.

With 'Active Component Visibility' switched on the 'Active Component' seems to always be opaque regardless of opacity setting. The other components are ghosted (which is a desired effect).

By unticking 'Active component visibility' it removes the 'ghost' effect on non-active components and displays them opaque and the active components opacity is now set to the setting.

I have looked thru the forums and searched the web for a solution and tried things like graphics settings and material types on the bodies. So I thought I would ask if this is a feature that is no longer available or hidden setting.

(Youtube Video in question jumped right to where he sets the opacity setting - https://youtu.be/E0NVC8xhf3I?si=piMPTibeLIV9YsbT&t=376 )

Any assistance on this would be highly appreciated.

Cheers

Disregard, I placed the external model into it's own component and from there set the opacity with 'active component visibility' turned off I was able to achieve close to the same result.
