In component "Supports Track holder w stems z pONp" the sketch "entry exit" is an intersection of the body "unbanked w stem".    Profiles in that sketch are not closed with multiple gaps.

There are workarounds (slice and project sfc), but yuck.

Disconnected projected/intersected sketches is an issue that's been plaguing Fusion for years, and is incredibly frustrating when it occurs. Unfortunately, I don't have any good advice to reliably avoid the issue as it seems to pop-up randomly for me, even with native Fusion geometry (vs. imported). I do know that projecting sketches on top of each other can cause issues, so try to avoid that if you can.

Oddly, using the "divide-and-conquer" method on your sketch doesn't yield expected results in a few locations.

I started to remodel this from scratch as I think it can be significantly simplified - but right away I found an anomaly...

I noticed several other issues as well.

Hello @threeleggedcat.shop

Sorry to know that you are facing this issue. I have an update regarding the issue. Good news is that, I tried to reproduce the problem in our internal builds and I was able to get closed profiles on intersection projection. Attached the screenshot

I won't be able to provide exact date of release but I am confident that the solution will be released and be available pretty soon.

Thank you
