Center point offset in projected plane.

when I draw the sketch on projected plane, center point is automatically offset as shown in video. I would like to know the reason.. and solution for the same.

Hi,

You must first enter the geometry of your component into the active Sketch. Then you can e.g. bind a new hole (circle) at the centre of the hole in the component.

 

Deactivate the grid. Then you get a better orientation on the reference part.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

That geometry looks a bit rough.  Do you have a reference of what you are attempting to model?

If you use the BORN Technique as much as possible and practical there is seldom a need to create workplanes.

Thanks for the solution..it get corrected when I turned off the grid.
