Hi @sharathnaik33,

Thanks for posting! I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue!

I couldn't help but notice that at the time the screenshot was taken that you were working offline. I tried to reproduce the behavior on my machine while in offline mode and found that I was also unable to save a captured image of an in-canvas render.

However, I am a little uncertain as to how this worked before the update, and have reached out to some people on the UX team for some clarification. However, I did also notice that if I was working online I was able to save the captured image with no issue. Could you try going online and trying to capture an image of an in-canvas render and let me know if you are still having trouble saving it?

Thanks in advance for the information! I will circle back here once I hear back from the UX team!

Cheers,

Mike Tessier

Yes, you can capture image if you are online. But previously before the update, you could do that even when you were offline. It was very helpful as I couldn't be online always.

Not being able to save a local render in offline mode, yet another major flaw/bug related to this **** Autodesk cloud model. The next 4 hours of my flight are absolutely wasted. Needless to say, this isn't working for me either.

Hi everyone!

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you guys on this one - I had been in discussions with some people on my end of things to try to figure out what the "as-designed" behavior was supposed to look like here.

You are correct though - this is definitely a bug. As such, I have logged this up for our development team to review and fix! The bug has been logged as FUS-32409 for your reference.

Thanks for keeping an eye out for things like this and reporting it when you come across them! We greatly appreciate your efforts to help us improve the software!

Cheers,
