Cant Log In from a specific computer

I've downloaded and used the application once, everything worked fine, then i closed it and was unable to log in from that computer ever again.

Here's what i've tried:

- installing the autodesk desktop connector, succesfully logged in from there, but the same error appeared on opening fusion 360, just skipping the login bit

- started windows in safe mode, same error

- deleting the webservices folder in appdata

- completely uninstalling (using revo) every trace of the program that revo could find, registry included, reinstalled, same error

- tried a different account, same error

- tried a different computer, with the same account, and everything worked as it should (although, that said another session was open for some reason)

- checked my synced time, and i found no issues there, the time syncs correctly and timezone is correct

 

lost enough time to make this program work so if anyone has any other fixes please let me know

Hi,

even if REVO works for Fusion there is a special CLEAN UNINSTALL

i cant believe that you cant uninstall this completely without a dedicated tool, i feel like im installing malware...
But your solution worked perfectly! Thank you!
