Cannot start Fusion 360

Fusion doesn't open and the window stops responding when I try opening it without internet access. A quick resolution would be appreciated.

Thank you for your posting!

Before disconnecting Fusion 360, have you changed Offline mode?? If not, you should reconnect to the internet. This is how to work in offline mode.
