Cannot renew my hobbby/ personal licence

Hi 

I am struggling to renew my personal licence. 

I have followed instructions on the forum and in a youtube video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNh3dEfYCX4

I signed in to autodesks website, signed out of fusion on my pc, went to the download and install fusion 360 page, found the personal licence field and filled in my details (note. it was already partially filled in with my name etc as I was logged in) I completed the form with my phone number and postcode and email clicked the box for agree to conditions.

When I press the get started button nothing happens ? Tried several times, cleared cache and restarted pc etc.

The other odd thing is that when I sign in to autodesk I am signing in to the US site (I am in UK and always have been) when I go to the link that pops up to go to uk site it signs me out?

I would love to renew as I could really use the dimensions off a drawing I am doing.

Hi,

1. most of the time it works after a few restarts
2. the problem US / UK is known but rather has nothing to do with your Renew.

If you followed the instructions it should work.

Emphasizing on 2 things : you must wait until expiration before trying anything, you must download the package even if it's already installed (so, even if you won't need it).

Maybe stop ad blockers too (I had to stop Ghostery IIRC).

Thanks everyone. I think it was something to do with the Addblockers (privacy badger and bitdefender) as gamelife4dns suggested because was already doing it the way linked by guenther.andersen.

I did get into a sort of logging in loop where you log in, get to acertain point and it asks you to log in again even though you are.
