Why. Won.t. It. Stop. !? Gesture Based Command Pop up

I see this message EVERY TIME I sign in to Fusion. I have restarted Fusion several hundred times and it still pops up! For the love of god how can I make it stop? This is on both my accounts by the way, work and personal. I do not want Gesture based navigation!
