Cannot Reinstall because Mac software is not up to date

I uninstalled Fushion 360 because it would not let me update to the new version. Then when I tried to redownload it, and every time after doing right click and open, I get a message that says it is unable to install because my Mac software is not up to date. However, there are no current software updates for my computer so I am not sure how to get it to download. Thanks!

Can you please check and let me know if your system meets Fusion 360 requirements.
