Cannot put a reference edge when using hole tool

Could You tell me what I'm making wrong with hole tool? I'm trying to put the hole more precisely (in a distance between two edges), so I want to put reference dimensions, but I cannot select any edge after clicking "reference" in hole's menu - please see there movie attached.

You did not supply your model so I cannot demonstrate on it.  I will bet you do not have your proper Selection Filters turned on.  Take a look at the Screencast.  If needed please attach your model for a demonstration on your work.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.
